Lavone Kendall was given the Ohio Conference Distinguished Service Award on May 17 at the LifeHope Free Methodist Church. Her commitment to reaching the world with God’s message of love and hope began at the side of her mother, Edna Brubaker, and continues alongside her husband, Bishop David Kendall. Ohio Conference Historian Zonda Haase presented the award.
